- TIP: Use Casey's order number as your PO number. This will be reflected as your Ref #.
- TIP: If you are drop shipping to a residential customer and you are using your own PO Number put your PO Number in the Company Name field as a reference.
- TIP: Inventory counts change rapidly so develop a system that properly reflects inventory availability to your customers.
- TIP: If using a third party inventory supplier make sure the third party is using accurate inventory feeds.
What does it mean when it says "Special Order" on an item? We indicate "special order" on some items so our customers can adjust their delivery expectations as these items will not ship within our usual 24 hours if they are not in stock at the time of your order. Please note: At times, special order items might be in stock and, based on the demand for those items, we may start adding those items to our regularly stocked inventory, removing the label "special order".
